SHIPPING POLICY.

Pro Ark Design uses different carriers and shipping methods to assure competitive rates on your orders. Our lead time is based on available stock, order quantity, and destination; please understand that the shipping rate and transit time shall be subject to variations according to different factors. E-mail customer@proark.design to find out your estimated lead time. We will be happy to provide you with a tracking number via email once the shipping process has been initiated.

CANCELLATIONS & RETURN POLICIES.

All of our products are special orders which begin production immediately upon order placement and are built to your specifications. As a result, the item(s) cannot be canceled, changed, returned, exchanged, or refunded at any time. For products purchased directly from any of our authorized dealers, their return policy will be the one applied to your purchase. Please contact them directly for information regarding their return policy. A non-refundable 50% deposit will be charged when you place your order. For the balance due, you may see an authorization or pending charge on your credit/debit card. When your order ships, the balance due will be charged to your card.

If the item happens to be in bad condition or damaged upon arrival at the final destination, PRO ARK will replace your item within 15 business days. Please contact customer@proark.design with as much information as you can provide.
